The Ajinomoto Brazil factory located in Limeira, northeast of São Paulo, is now the largest monosodium glutamate (MSG) production facility in the world. At this factory, there was a frequent need to replace the connectors between the centrifuge and the vibrating conveyor, which resulted in long production downtimes.
